We are currently seeking a motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate restaurant operations to provide a superior dining experience to our guests and promote our business profitability.
This position is a great fit for an energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The Kitchen Manager will review food purchases, develop and standardize recipes, maintain safety and sanitation, maintain equipment, design food presentation, and help determine menu prices.
Responsibilities (alongside other management staff team members):
· Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customers
· Monitor inventories
· Control Food Cost
· Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly
· Place orders with food and supply vendors
· Ensure all health code and safety standards are met
· Optimize business performance to meet our sales and budget goals
· Works with teams to provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
· Previous experience in the service industry
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Positive attitude with strong interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and fast-paced environment
· Punctuality and reliability
· Professional demeanor while interacting with other team members
· Food manager certification
