Advanced Dental is looking for a full time Dental Receptionist. We are looking for someone who has a smile on their face and an outgoing personality. We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm so the total hours would be approximately 35 to 40 a week. Previous dental reception experience and is an important asset at Advanced Dental. Eaglesoft experience is a must. Front Office includes greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, scanning, and calling patient boxes on a daily basis as well as doing pre- authorizations with state insurance as well as handling private insurances. Ideal Candidate: Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone Strong Organizational and Administrative skills-you see what needs to be done and do it. Must be articulate and service-orientated Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others Reliable and prompt: available for at least 36 hours per week Works well in a team, with humor, enthusiasm and joyful consideration of others Please include Your resume with contact information
