Job Responsibilities:
Operate heat press equipment to apply logos, graphics, and designs to t-shirts and other garments.
Ensure correct placement, alignment, and quality of all prints.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control.
Prep and organize garments for production.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications.
Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
Basic knowledge of heat press operations (training provided if needed).
Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods.
