RELIABILITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND WILL COME TO WORK EVERY DAY, ON TIME AND STAY TILL THE WORK IS DONE!
Hardworking friendly environment
We want someone with a solid work history. Not a job hopper.
40-45 hours per week. 8-9 hour days, Monday â Friday
YOU ARE PAID TO SPEED WALK. 3-4 days per week a 2-3 man team will mow 16-21 residential lawns with self-propelled walk behinds.
Could you mow 6-7 lawns per Day by yourself?
At the end of the week, we do landscaping.
This is a fast-paced job that requires A LOT OF COMMON SENSE! YOU MUST BE A MATURE ADULT.
Must be physically fit. Able to lift up to 85lb on occasion.
Good attitude
Completes tasks in a timely manner. Strong work ethic and sense of urgency. NO SLACKERS!
Takes pride in work, is detail oriented, does it right the first time in a professional fashion.
Good communication skills: following instructions, listening.
Unrestricted valid State of Wisconsin License (must be verifiable) with a relatively clean record
Experience preferred but we are willing to train IF REFERENCES AND VERIFIABLE WORK HISTORY ARE GOOD.
We do random Drug testing

STARTING at $14 per hour (this is with the $1 an hour attendance bonus) - depending on work history, skill level, and experience.
RAISES CAN COME FAST DEPENDING ON reliability, speed, quality of work, attitude, how much hand holding you need and knowledge.
