Warehouse Associate
J&L LED is looking for a Warehouse Associate at our warehouse in Oak creek, WI!
Job description：
Assist shipping, receiving, unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins per organizational standards
Open bales, crates and other containers
Prepare parcels for mailing
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
Test, Fix the return items, could use soldering gun to fix product after training.
All other warehouse work arranged by the supervisor
Requirements: Warehouse Associates must meet the following:
Must be at least 18 years old
Hard worker with discipline and high work ethics
Be a self starter – able to work with little supervision
Willing to work a flexible schedule including overtime
Must be able to read and take direction in English
Capable to perform simple math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Complete orders from start to finish – pick/pack/load/unload
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check
We offer:
flexible working time- 9:30am- 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Competitive Compensation $15per hour to start, After 90days review, $16/hour + $100-200/container extra work bonus for unloading containers
