JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for the
coordination of processing returns for Customers/Technicians as well as
to our business partners of all Corporate inventory by ensuring proper
processes are followed and all required documentation is completed
thoroughly and accurately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for
processing customer returns accurately and within department guidelines.
Moves returned merchandise to various locations within the department by
pushing and/or pulling a hand pallet jack/cart. Determines disposition
of returned products to ensure highest ROI and separates appropriately.
Communicates both professionally and clearly via phone and email to
Customers, Techs, FSC's and Business Partners. Good problem-solving,
strong follow-up skills and ability to come to a sound decision
regarding information that has been provided. Responsible for the
accurate processing, packing and documentation of products shipping back
to the Business Partner for either credit or replacement Ensure
controlled interface with internal customer and departments (A/P,
Merchandising, Shipping, etc.,) and keeps records of all significant
interaction Acts as company representative with regards to contacting
Business Partners, e.g., Phone and e-mail. Providing necessary
information to obtain return authorization (RA) of warranty/not
needed/core returns. Accurately maintains shared as well as your own
spreadsheet with fellow returns TSM's Verify correct item code, lot
number, expiration date, as well as tie back to original purchase order
Provide regular reporting to management on various product and vendor
information Receive, process, and create monthly transfers of inventory
to and from core DC's. Self-starter and a strong attention to detail to
achieve accuracy when completing a task Participates in special projects
and performs other duties as required. Process technician and branch
overstock returns. SKILL: Apply acquired job skills and company policies
and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Apply acquired knowledge of
procedures and external regulations. COMPLEXITY: Work on assignments
that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or
in making recommendations. SUPERVISION: Work under general supervision
of the Returns Supervisor and receive little instruction on daily work,
receive general instruction on newly introduced assignments. WORK
EXPERIENCE: Typically 1 or more years of related experience. Preferred
