If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and work with a winning team, then join our dynamic, award-winning franchise!We are looking for Assistant Managers, who are 18+ and will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin’/Baskin operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.Assistant Manage r Responsibilities :· Work in a Team Environment· Support a respectful team environment· Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members· Support the training of crew members as requested· Provide coaching and feedback to crew members· Maintain Operational Excellence· Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant· Resolve guest issues· Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws· Drive Profitability· Drive sales goals and results· Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives· Manage cash over/short during shift· Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standardsDrives Sales Growth:· Takes accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions· Executes new product roll-outs including selling to Guests and product execution· Ensures the restaurant is well maintained including cleanliness during shift· Utilizes appropriate suggestive selling· Brings product issues to the attention of Restaurant ManagerCompetencies:· Guest Focus· Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements· Develops and maintains guest relationships· Displays a sense of urgency with guests· Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, commits to follow-through· Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process· Passion for Results· Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model· Consistently meets or exceeds goals· Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others· Problem Solving and Decision Making· Identifies and resolves issues and problems· Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems; includes others when necessary· Interpersonal Relationships & Influence· Develops and maintains relationships with team without violating the fraternization policy.· Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitmentsSkills/Qualifications:· Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience· Math and writing skills· Basic computer skills· High School diploma or equivalentMany Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
