Job Description
Dream Catcher's Child Care is looking for a Center Director (full Time) Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Director will help oversee center operations, work with students and parents, and manage a team of Teachers
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial, and organizational skills to successfully operate a learning center through marketing, sales, instructional leadership, parent communication, staff management, and effective administration.
Duties
Supervise childcare workers
Hire and train new staff members
Provide professional development opportunities for staff
Establish policies and communicate them to staff and parents
Develop educational programs and standards
Ensure instructional excellence
Assist staff in communicating with parents and children
Meet with parents and staff to discuss students' progress
Prepare budgets and allocate program funds
Ensure facilities are maintained and cleaned according to state regulations
Qualifications Required:
ï· Proven leadership skills and experience as a child Care Director, or Asst Director
ï· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï· Exceptional customer service focus
ï· A love for working with students
ï· Superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and manage time effectively
ï· Driven to succeed and detail oriented
ï· Exemplary character
ï¼ Experience in education and Child Care industry is desirable.
ï¼ Excellent communication skills with adults and children.
ï¼ Sense of responsibility.
ï¼ Patience, enthusiasm, willingness to work with children.
ï¼ Hours can be discussed at the interview.
ï¼ Computer skills in Microsoft office.
ï¼ Independent, self-directed, motivated and enthusiastic team player.
ï¼ Goal-oriented, quick learner, and a versatile mind set.
