resources including, staffing and recruiting, policy implementation and

enforcement, employee relations and engagement. A core function of this

internship will be driving a continuous improvement project within the

human resources department. Upon completion of the internship, this

project will be presented to the human resources team, including the

Vice President of Human Resources. Requirements/Qualifications: Must be

enrolled in a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field

and have a willingness to engage with our employees. Proficiency in

Microsoft products Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask

and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent writing and

Facilitates completion of routine HR functions such as preparation and maintenance of employee files; ensuring data integrity in HR systems; and developing and maintaining position descriptions. Employee Relations: Provides a visible HR presence acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Partners with HR Operations Manager to resolve personnel concerns by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and following up with involved parties to close out issues. Participate and guide the Employee Engagement Committee to help improve culture and create community. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring evaluations are completed timely and effectively. Provide guidance and support to supervisors on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
