Looking for mature, well-spoken person to act as our eyes and ears for a 60-unit family complex in Racine, WI. Excellent communication skills for this position are required. Must be available on-site from 9-3 Monday – Friday and accessible by phone 24/7. You would be responsible to all paperwork for Move Ins, move outs, any paperwork for Tenants, escorting exterminator to individual units, scouting the apartment complex for any lease violations and any additional minor assignments attached to the position. This is an ideal setting for a work at home person as this is a part time position. Background check is required. Compensation includes $750/month, free 3-bedroom apartment, plus utilities.
