We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
## Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions following proper procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations professionally
- multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel management is beneficial
