O&H Danish Bakery, a fourth-generation family-owned business, is seeking a Deli Associate to contribute to ourÂthe deli team at an existing retail location in Racine, WI and to support future locations that serve deli items.ÂÂWe are seeking candidates that love to work in the food service industry. ÂThe ideal candidate must possess a strong customer service focus and willingness to serve, ability to listen effectively to customer orders, direct and supervise catering deliveries and maintain a high level of quality in everything they do. ÂPrior experience in a catering, deli or restaurant setting is preferred. If you have the following skills set, then we love to hear from you: 1 year or more of experience in a Food Service, Deli or Catering roleCulinary or food service backgroundWillingness to try new ideas, to explore traditional and modern Danish culinary recipes and react with offerings that are successful with existing customers.Experience developing menus, recipes, techniques, managing deli cases and analyzing food & labor cost desiredExceptional customer service, professional and good communication skillsKnowledgeable of MS Office or Google Documents programsAvailable weekends and evenings as dictated by catering schedulesDriven to succeedServSafe CertificationHigh School Diploma or GED At O&H Danish Bakery, we strive to make working for our company a great experience.
