Do you have what is required to work in a WI Adult Family Home?
Are you a dedicated employee?
Ask yourself do I have the credentials in place before I apply; what shift do I need to work; am I reliable; how will I get to work? These are all major considerations when applying as a caregiver in my AFH.
Under the direction of the Program Manager or designee, provide support, guidance, supervision and training to clients in the activities of daily living, personal health and hygiene, symptom management, leisure skill development, psycho-social adjustment and financial management as outlined in the Individual Service Plan (ISP).
*****Position Requirements*****
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
***Successful completion of all training requirements.
Must pass caregiver background check.
Must have a current WI. Driver's License
Position Skill Requirements :
***Effective oral and written communication necessary in English.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
***Ability to communicate in a supportive manner.
