We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee on-site operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, and recruiting experience.
Duties
Lead and manage the recruitment process, recruiting for general labor and assemblers.
Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Conduct interviews and manage HR sourcing efforts to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Oversee employee orientation and onboarding experiences.
Facilitate employee evaluations and maintain effective employee relations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support training & development initiatives.
Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and succession planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition as a recruiter
Bilingual-Spanish/English is a Plus
Familiarity with social media management for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
