Phil's Remodeling is seeking a reliable and motivated General Remodeling Laborer to join our team. We are a local remodeling business offering consistent work in the Racine and Kenosha areas. If you have a good attitude, basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, and reliable transportation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform light plumbing, such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures
Handle basic electrical tasks, including changing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Assist with interior painting and prep work
Conduct general carpentry tasks, including demo, repairs and installations
LVP flooring and cabinet installation
Some exterior work, including deck building, occasional yard work
Support the team in various remodeling projects as needed
Requirements:
Experience in general carpentry, light plumbing, electrical and painting
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (projects are primarily in Racine and Kenosha counties)
Background check
Basic tools preferred, but not required
