Our 220-unit apartment complex management team is seeking qualified individuals who can help us get our apartments ready for rental. Consistent hours, pay, vacation, and health care can be yours.
Applicants must be skilled in all areas of residential home remodeling. The primary job is to refurbish and make apartments ready for new tenants.
This includes:
-Drywall repair and painting,
-Cabinet installs and repairs,
-Countertop replacement/sink install,
-Light plumbing includes faucets installation and faucet repair, shut off valve replacement.
-Light electrical to include replacing outlets, switches, and lights,
-Appliance repair to include replacing elements, defrost timers, and clearing condensate drains
-Tile floor and laminate floor installation
-Lock replacement and repair
-Assistance with seasonal lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal may be required
Tool knowledge required includes paint sprayers/rollers, drills, power saws, routers, and more. Heating and cooling system knowledge will be required.
Applicants will be part of a four-person maintenance team. This is a full-time position with daily hours from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Evening and Weekend after hour “On-call” is once required every four weeks.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written workorders. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and get along with others, analyze and troubleshoot problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with tenants or other clients.
Must have legally titled and insured transportation to visit between job sites.
