Our Kenosha Rental team is looking for a reliable detail-oriented person to help us ensure our move in properties are clean and ready for our new tenants. This person is an asset and is very important to our rental company. It is very important to be able to communicate and work well with others. We are a small team that is like family, and we need someone that cares about our tenants and takes pride in their work. Position Responsibilities:
-General cleaning knowledge: Fridges, Stoves/Ovens, Cabinets, Bathrooms (Toilets, tub, surround), Windows, Fans, Lights, etc
-Perform sweeping, mopping, floor prepping for new floor installs for the remodel team
-Debris/furniture removal if needed after move outs
-Assist in painting projects (Painting knowledge preferred but not required)
Minimum Requirements
-Reliable car during work hours (Must be able to drive/transport cleaning supplies and materials to apartments/homes)
-Strong attention to detail
-Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred
-Able to lift, push and slide appliances / material weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.

Hours:
-8:30-5PM (Monday-Friday)
-Weekends: OFF (Can pick up extra hours during busy seasons if able)
Pay:
Range $15-$20/hour - Based on experience, knowledge of cleaning/remodel/unit turns
