Dependable & energetic Office Coordinator needed to oversee office duties of a thriving general
contracting business. Experience in Quickbooks online is a must & good organizational skills. Individual
must have ability to work independently but also be able to communicate well with other’s both in
written form & verbally. Some duties include (but not limited to) Payroll, A/R, A/P, data entry, create
lien waivers, schedule jobs. Experience with skilled trades is a plus but not vital. Bookkeeping skills also huge plus !
