Grow into an acquisitions role in just 2-3 months, earning $120k+!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain homeowner relationships (primarily targeting Waukesha and Racine County)
- Convert leads into appointments
- Knock on 100 doors weekly and set 7+ appointments/week
- Manage leads using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
- Driven and enthusiastic about a commission-based role
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Compensation
$65,000-90,000+/year with upward mobility
Monthly base pay: $1,000 + $250 gas stipend
PLUS $100 per appointment set
