No Truck needed Onsite Training
We are looking for motivated and driven Representative who would like to stay long-term with our growing company. You will inspect the exteriors and occasionally interiors of homes to recognize HAIL, WIND, and STORM damage. Perform detailed reports of damage including measurements, location, pictures and any other details needed. Training is done on site, if you can move at a steady pace and retain knowledge about this field of work you will make it far. Using a ladder is a mandatory you will also be trained how to properly use a ladder while training. Canvasing for your own leads is mandatory this means at times going door to door and walking through neighborhoods. Customer communication along with respect is a must in this field of work. 40-hour work weeks will be required but hours may vary depending on work load. Other details of this job include checking on job sits, running materials, before and after walk throughs with photos of job sites, insuring quality of work performed, filling out paperwork properly with homeowner, and walking through details through the build with homeowner. MUST DRIVERS LICENSE
Prior background in home repair, home inspection, conducting estimates, sales, and roofing and or siding are preferred but not required. Will train the right fit
Self motivated with strong professional communication skills are required.
Detail orientated and good with organization is necessary.
