Landscaping Company is looking for a Full-Time year round MechanicJob Summary-Responsible for day-to-day mechanical maintenance of all company vehicles and equipment as needed. Some tasks to be performed, but not limited to oil changes, front end and suspension repairs, brakes, lighting and electrical repairs, tune ups and small engine repair. The Mechanic conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service. Supports in all maintenance and snow activities to help ensure vehicles and equipment are running safely and efficiently including repair, ordering parts and any other day to day maintenance requirements.Requirements and QualificationsMust possess their own toolsResponsible for the repair and maintenance of all landscape and snow related production equipment.This position requires candidate to be available for all snow operationsEquipment types will vary from 2 cycle hand held equipment, to commercial lawn mowers, to loaders to light trucks and trailers.Valid Driver’s LicenseClean Driving RecordMust be able to work on All Types of Trucks (medium to heavy duty dump trucks and box trucks)Must be able to drive all transmission typesMust be able to move and operate equipmentKnowledge of hydraulics and electrical on equipment.
