Vertical Works Inc./Utopian Villas is seeking a GREAT FINISH CARPENTER to join our team.
If you love doing finish carpentry but hate the travel, we have you covered. We are a modular home manufacturer so all work will be done in an indoor environment with very little job site traveling. Our facility is in Mt. Pleasant, WI. This will be all residential work. We are busy all year long, this is a position for someone looking for a long-term employment. You must have great work ethic, a great attitude and an eye for quality. Having other carpentry skills will be a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Layout & install base & wall cabinets
Build custom cabinets & built-ins
Fabricate & build face frames & stile & rail doors (mostly concealed hinges)
Hang exterior & interior doors
Install window & door casing, miters glued (both painted & stained)
Build & assemble window & door jambs
Install crown moldings (corners coped)
Install base molding (coped corners)
Install shoe molding (coped corners)
Layout & build stairs
Layout & build railings
Install vinyl plank or engineered flooring
Compensation Package:
Competitive Wages $22-$30
