Job description
The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance and repairs of single/multi-family properties. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assess and repair general maintenance issues consisting of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, cleaning, landscaping and dry wall repairs
Clean and prepare vacated properties, getting them ready for new occupants to move in
Design plan and schedule for work to be completed on properties
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in- progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.
Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with tenants, contractors and fellow employees.
All other duties as assigned.

Bi weekly or Twice monthly
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour plus
