Building and remolding company is searching for an experienced Sales/Estimator to join our team. If youre a self-motivated, team player with great interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of the construction industry, we are looking for you.
You will be selling residential remodeling and building projects; bathrooms, kitchens, lower levels, rec rooms, additions etc. Working closely with your customers to understand their needs and wants. Take the project through the selections and quoting process then handing off to a Project Manager to create your clients vision.
Responsibilities will include:
Ability to establish early rapport and trust with clients
Handling multiple projects from first contact through estimating
Proven skills related to sales, leadership and construction
Take field measurements and developing floor plans with elevations
Knowledge of local building codes, standards and industry practices
COMPENSATION:
Salary PLUS commission potential between $40 and $60K yearly
