Description We are in need of a proactive and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of a Customer Experience Specialist in our Manufacturing industry. This role, based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, will focus on managing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. It offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls professionally, providing customer service and technical support. Accurately answer customer inquiries about product features, specifications, usability, and troubleshooting, effectively addressing their issues and resolving their problems. Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Track and log all call information according to standard operating procedures. Ensure excellent customer service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries. Identify trends in customer calls, document them, and alert the management team. Follow up on customer interactions when necessary and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Experience Specialist role or similar within the manufacturing industry Proven proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Experience in managing customer accounts Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction Excellent customer service skills Familiarity with customer success strategies Prior experience in a call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
