Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Specialist for an organization in the Waukesha, WI area. The main functions of this role will include accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responsibilities: Accurately manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update our financial database Process invoices in a timely manner to ensure proper payment and record-keeping Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data Handle billing operations, ensuring all charges are accurate and paid on time Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions to address any issues Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and financial transactions Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure proper financial management.Requirements Proficiency in account reconciliation Ability to manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Experience in billing and invoice processing Strong data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Strong problem-solving skillsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
