The Manager’s duties include but are notlimited to:-Greeting the customer on the phone andat the counter-Order entry using a company specificPoint of Sale system-Maintaining a clean and orderly workarea-Customer complaint resolution usingcompany trained strategies-Production of product includinglearning recipes and end bake preparations-Overseeing the work of a team up totwenty people per shift-Ordering product and make sure productis in date and safe-Scheduling and maintaining adequate stafffor business-Maintaining equipment
