Additional responsibilities include performance of lower-scope administrative reviews of appraisal reports. audit of professional staff job documentation.Essential Job FunctionsPre-screen, input and create work files for appraisal requests

Monitor return of completed appraisals and set-up for review.

Process appraisal invoices for payment.

Assist in tracking and follow-up of active appraisal assignments.

Coordinate the scheduling of appraisal inspections between appraisers and internal/external customers.

Maintain office supplies as necessary.

Assist in maintaining the appraisal database and filing system

Perform administrative reviews of commercial appraisal reports.Other Job Duties

Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation:High school or GED

Required ExperienceRequires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.

Requires 5 years minimum experience.

May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

SkillsGeneral understanding of appraisal processes

General understanding of Appraisal regulations (FIRREA) BOW Appraisal Policy (Bankwide)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the area of real estate.

In order to successfully perform the duties of this role, your home work setup must meet the minimum internet requirements including:The wire from the ISP should be copper or fiber optic.

Speeds must include at least 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
