Own our end-to-end commissions process and are instrumental in ensuring accurate payout of commissions plans.
Maintain commissions management process and commission plans to ensure data integrity.
Present commission data and analyses to Compensation Committee on a quarterly basis.
Process bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly sales team commissions by submitting completed amounts to HR/payroll for disbursement.
Ensure all commission calculations are prepared accurately, on time, and in-line with commission plans.
Perform data reconciliation audits of sales transactions and adjustments for all commissions.
Continuously evolve the commission process in effort to gain efficiencies. Analyze commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding compensation.
Other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or sales operations analyst role.
Understanding of sales processes and compensation strategies.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with administering and analyzing complex commission plans.
Experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Proficiency with financial software applications, including Excel.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to telephone, headset, computer, and printer.
Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.
