What You’ll DoCommunity Outreach, Engagement & PartnershipsBuild and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses, etc.Participate in, and often lead, outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs.Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels.Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area.Lead Generation & Eligibility PreparationIntroduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility criteria (age, income background, education status, etc.).Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy when collecting personal information.Accurately enter new leads into tracking systems and ensure they are complete, valid, and documented.Follow up quickly with every lead to maintain momentum.Application Conversion, Follow-Up & DocumentationGuide prospective applicants step-by-step until they are ready to begin their application.Maintain consistent contact with your pipeline through calls, texts, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings.Keep thorough and timely notes in all required online systems.Ensure applicants understand expectations, deadlines, and next steps.Support the team in achieving high conversion from leads → applicants → arrivals.Accountability, Technology & Performance StandardsThis is a goal‑driven role with clear expectations, including:Meeting monthly activity minimums (events, partnerships, lead interactions)Maintaining accurate and timely data in digital systemsFollowing eligibility and documentation guidelinesSupporting monthly enrollment and arrival outcomesMaintaining professional communication with partners, applicants, and familiesYour success is measured by both your outreach activity and the quality of your follow‑through.Other duties as assigned
