Responsibilities: Assist the Quality Manager in recording and dispositioning daily non-conformances and issuing internal CARs as necessary. Develop effective countermeasures through root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5Why and A3s. Assisting with the APQP process for new product launches. Design and develop gauges based on inspection criteria. Set up quality procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 supportive of customer and company requirements to support manufacturing. Working knowledge of operating CMMs. Gathering analytical data about the manufacturing process to facilitate smooth operation.
