Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number D250500 and is part of the ME 101st Maintenance Operations Flight, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in an ANG Flying Wing in the Maintenance Analysis section of the Maintenance Operations Flight. The primary purpose of this position is to provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions. MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Retrieve and analyze maintenance data, present results to management. Interprets findings from maintenance data and the use of statistical techniques. Identifies trends and significant deviations from plans, schedules, and workload estimates. Analyzes deficiencies in areas such as material consumption and training, workload, scheduling, management, and maintenance resources use. Analyzes impact on the maintenance mission and the results of corrective actions. Prepares written reports of analyses and studies. Capture specific data monthly for inclusion into the Aircraft Predictive Model (APM) requirement. Designs summary reports to meet recurring management needs. (25%) 2. Controls, manages and maintains the Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS). Develops policies and procedures for MIS application within maintenance activities. Oversees the identification and correction of file errors within the database. Controls, develops and coordinates maintenance data systems and requirements. Determines data processing requirements and relates functional aspects to specific hardware and software capabilities. Controls automated management product retrieval and advises maintenance supervision on automated information use. Identifies data system problems, coordinating with data automation monitors, and submits system deficiency reports. Identifies new information requirements, submits information system requirement documents, and coordinates with data system development services for implementing new programs. Manage the Data Integrity Team (DIT) program for the Maintenance Group Commander and provide updates and metrics to maintenance supervision Responsible for building, analyzing, and programing system queries to generate local and command level data reports for consumption and information generation in multiple systems. Senior level requests ranging from senior wing leadership, the NGB, and MAJCOM levels. (25%) 3. Conducts Special Studies to assess Health of the Unit Readiness (HUR). Performs in-depth comprehensive analysis of complex and prioritized unit readiness issues. In addition, develops a semi-annual report for presentation to senior leadership. Develops complex problem solutions to address and resolve readiness issues as the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR), while utilizing specific training and knowledge to develop a comprehensive readiness management plan. Collect specific metrics for inclusion into the 7401 monthly report, while searching for trends and validating accuracy. (25%) 4. Analyzes performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities. Provides in-depth analysis of maintenance manning and equipment, material and facility limitations to determine the impact each has on unit and mission effectiveness. Isolates trends and determines material and personnel efficiency and effectiveness. Develops methods for improving maintenance planning and personnel efficiency and effectiveness. Develops methods for improving maintenance planning and programming procedures to ensure optimum use of maintenance resources. (25%) 5. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted Compatible Military Assignments: GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management. Introduction
RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! Accountable for the operational aspects of the center, including the supervision of the front office associates and technologists, ensuring delivery of quality patient care and services. Role also performs the functions of a Technologist. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week; Day shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (75%) Patient Imaging Screens patients before examination for any precautions or contraindications pertaining to the examination Explains and prepares patients for procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately scanned and providing patient support by talking to patients throughout the procedure Performs routine and advanced radiologic procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats Adjusts scan parameters correctly and as needed Accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS) Converses with doctors, nurses, patients and family members as required, ensuring a high quality patient service is delivered Follows physicians’ orders precisely and conforms to safety regulations to protect themselves, their patients, and coworkers (10%) Center Operations Evaluates current processes to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives Assists with the budget and makes responsible financial decisions for the center Provides ongoing and timely communication to management and staff regarding center performance, staff performance, events, issues, etc. Promotes and motivates good customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors and other associates Ensures compliance with state regulations and internal policies regarding documentation and tracking of safety and licensing-related items Interfaces with Company Radiologists to create and maintain up-to-date protocol manuals for all modalities Maintains a safe, clean and orderly environment for patients, technologists, radiologists and any other center associates with the assistance of the center safety coordinator Oversees and orders appropriate supplies as necessary following company guidelines on inventory control Researches and resolves issues or complaints with regard to patients, customers, referring physicians and their staff Develops and administers written protocols ensuring all procedures meet required standards Ensures compliance of safety standards such as OSHA, radiation safety standard precautions and infection control policies Responsible for maintaining ACR equipment accreditation Performs functions of technologist or front office as needed and as qualified (10%) Staff Supervision Ensures comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures and protocols for all technologists and front office staff Assists in staff planning and hiring process along with management Oversees and assists with training of new associates, providing resource and technical expertise Supports and conducts training efforts for continuing education Establishes employee schedules to provide for planned vacations and time off Leads staff meetings and employee one-on-ones Participates in staff performance evaluations and development of associates including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or termination of associates Implements strategies to promote teamwork within the center and with other associates, including management and radiologists (5%) Performs other duties as assigned Required: Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing, with advanced certifications as appropriate for assigned modality Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable Must have training and experience sufficient to competently perform radiographic procedures independently Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification 3-5 years of related medical experience, preferably in outpatient radiology imaging Preferred: Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of prior supervisory experience RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
