Description We are accepting applications for the role of an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Auburn, Washington. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including handling customer queries, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate credit records.Responsibilities: Handle customer calls promptly and professionally. Investigate and resolve issues related to customer accounts receivable. Ensure billing discrepancies and short payments are addressed efficiently. Manage payment processing and cash applications. Process credit card refunds diligently. Maintain a strong knowledge base in accounts receivable. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Possess a background in accounts receivable reconciliation. Adapt to the use of accounting software systems such as NetSuite and Microsoft Suite. Uphold credit and collections standards.
