In this role you will lead all aspects of the day-to-day administration and operations for the Y Social Impact Center in Auburn. The Administrative Manager must be highly skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing, while being excited to interact with clients, staff and visitors. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, on site, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Hiring Range: $67,724.80 - $72,072/annually

Responsibilities

Develops, manages and ensures administrative processes, practices, guidelines and workflows for program, administrative and department staff are implemented for one or more YMCA branch locations.

Manages and/or oversees accounts payables and receivables and ensuring adherence to all financial guidelines for one or more YMCA branch locations. Prepares appropriate related reports and reviews financial statements.

Manages day to day operations for the branch site, including keeping office space clean, prepare staff workstations, mail/courier, equipment, inventory of supplies, vendor relationships, etc.

Responsible for front office administration, including scheduling reception desk coverage, greeting and scheduling clients, handling incoming phone calls, verifying insurance eligibility, records requests, referrals, and records management.

Develops and maintains effective, professional relationships with all clients, families, and staff.

Manages complex Medicaid reporting and medical billing.

Provides general administrative support to branch administration team, Administrative Director and Executive Director.

Hires, trains, and supervises assigned staff and volunteers to ensure proper business functions are completed in accordance with all guidelines.

Compiles and prepares data/reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Identifies and documents trends to bring forward to leadership.

Assists with audit preparation.

Maintain relational database, process paperwork, and maintain related directories and files.

Other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Two years or more of college in a related field (accounting, finance, business management.) or equivalent education/experience. Four years of education/experience preferred. Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.

Five or more years of related experience including financial procedures, customer service, office management, and/or accounting/bookkeeping.

One years or more experience in supervising staff preferred.

Advanced knowledge of/experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years’ experience or training in a medical or behavioral health office.

Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare/Medicaid and Medicare/Medicaid HMO's
