Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Auburn, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, focusing on employee retention and engagement, and change management within our organization. This role will involve managing HR staff members and supporting our operations employees. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process, including the hiring of new staff members Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Manage the HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems Handle the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs Coordinate and implement employee relations activities and programsSkills: Proficiency in HCM and Benefit Functions Strong communication skills Knowledge of compliance requirements related to HR Experience with employee relations and hiring processes Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Strong skills in Human Resources Management SystemThe salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Benefits available with this position include 100% paid medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 5%match and 20 days of paid vacation and paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.Requirements Prior experience in a managerial role within a Human Resources department Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems Knowledge of Benefit Functions and the ability to manage and implement them Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with compliance regulations and practices in HR Ability to manage employee relations effectively Experience in developing and implementing hiring processes Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
