Maintains all hourly payroll files

Maintains control and reconciles weekly payroll for the plant

Responsible for balancing general ledger interfaces for hourly payroll

Prepares regular and special payroll reports

Enters and records shift changes as necessary

Inputs and balances payroll data to ensure accuracy

Resolves employee pay questions

Responsible for any payroll Sarbanes-Oxley activity at the plant level

Responsible for Weekly Inventory Counts

Reporting Relationships:In this position you will report to the Plant Controller.Position Requirements:About You:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business or Finance

1-4 years of related payroll experience
