Ridge Valley Mobile Home Community is looking for people with home repair skills to join our maintenance team. We are customer service driven so you will have a lasting influence on residents, visitors and propects. If you like to fix things and make customer's happy, we're a place that you would enjoy working.
Basic Qualifications: knowledge of interior (eg., floor repair, sheetrock, painting, plumbing and some electrical); must be able to communicate in english; must be at least 18 years of age; must have access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license and tools; must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation; must also pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualification: 2 or more years of maintenance experience in apartment or other buildings; some experience with flooring, plumbing and electrical; own hand and power tools (for your personal use) demonstrated skill as a handyman.
