Part-Time Onsite Assistant - $300/Month (One Day a Month)
Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to handle monthly site visits to several Mobile Home Parks (MHPs). This is a part-time gig, perfect for someone looking to earn extra income with just one day of work per month.
Job Details:
Responsibilities:
Post notices on tenants doors if required.
Take 360-degree photos of each park using your iPhone and a camera we will provide.
Drive to all designated properties (225 miles round trip).
Time Commitment:
8 hours total (including 4.5 hours of driving) one day per month.
Work day must be completed between the 11th and 14th of each month.
Will require roughly 30 minutes at each property.
Compensation:
$225 for the day + $75 for fuel expenses = $300 total/day.
Requirements:
Must own a reliable car and an iPhone.
Comfortable driving approximately 225 miles in a single day.
Able to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.
Must be able to place a stand in/replacement for any absences.
