We are looking for a team lead for our enhancement crew. This team focuses on renovating existing gardens and landscapes, clearing out beds, editing existing ones, and sometimes making new garden spaces. This type of work is considered more "softscaping", and less hardscaping focused, but sometimes little projects come up that you would have the freedom to show off some skills in that arena as well. This team also jumps in to help our other crews with spring and fall cleanups, small tree installations, and sometimes container/annual plantings. This is a great fit for someone who likes to do a variety of projects throughout the season, and likes the independence of running their own team without the headache of operating a business.
We have an amazing team who will make you feel included from day 1. We all support each other at work, and in our personal lives, and there is always laughter on job sites. Our equipment is clean, updated and safe to operate at all times. We often rent equipment for prepping beds - so being comfortable operating truck & trailer, mini excavator, dingo and skidsteer is a big plus.
