As a Project Management Manager Senior within PNC's Internal Audit organization, this position is primarily based in a PNC location. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.This opening is for the Audit Support and Administration – Technology and Solutions Team and focuses on developing, maintaining, and supporting the core applications used within Internal Audit.It is preferred that the candidate have a background or prior experience in most of the following areas:· Experienced user of both the TeamMate+ and Tempus Resource Management applications. Experience configuring and supporting these applications is a plus· Experience working with all levels to translate business needs into technology solutions· Ability to communicate business requirements with technology partners· Detailed understanding of the internal audit process including hands on experience in the performance of an audit· Extensive experience in the use of Agile principles for software development, including the use of Jira· Experience leading an Agile crew as Product Owner· Working knowledge of backend technology including infrastructure· Working knowledge of software development including APIs· Comfortable communicating and training on detailed technology concepts with all levels, including preparation of User GuidesAbility to work nights and weekends to support regular technology releasesJob Description

Directs and oversees the project management department. Accountable for the department's success of meeting project goals, objectives and timeframes. No requirement for project size.

Establishes overall strategy, processes, resource allocation, budget, guidelines and support of project management team.

Leads and develops projectmanagement department. Builds, develops, and grows relationships with business partners.

Monitors effectiveness of project management strategies and programs; drives and implements improvements to ensure the future success of the department.

Maintains communications with governing bodies and interested parties. Partners with liaisons to ensure communication of critical issues in a timely manner.
