You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Wealth Management Client Experience and Training Coordinator is responsible for executing training and development initiatives and identifying learning opportunities, to support Wealth Management’s efforts to deliver superior client service.Responsibilities
Executes training and development initiatives and priorities for businesses in Wealth Management
Identifies strategic and high business impact learning or development opportunities and when appropriate, engages Corporate Learning and Development partners for analysis, consultation and learning solutions
Serves as liaison between Wealth Management and Corporate Learning and Development
Manages content in micro-learnings and training videos used by the advisor team, overseeing the client experience progress
Leads all client experience initiatives and priorities for businesses in Wealth Management which includes: defining and enhancing the sales process, client onboarding and creation of virtual tools
Partners with Wealth Management Communications Generalist on additional priorities set forth by leadership in business group
Leads and provides subject matter expertise to Wealth Management content on Regions.com
Completes special projects as assigned that will support Wealth Management efforts to drive and grow revenue and best serve our clients
Champions and leads the new hire onboarding experience
Manages all internal Life at Regions and SharePoint sites
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Three (3) years of related experience
Preferences
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree
Experience coordinating training, client experience or professional development programs
Experience in the financial services industry, preferably Wealth Management
Experience with SharePoint

Ability to build effective partnerships
Ability to communicate with various levels of management and clients
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledgeable of effective training and learning development strategies
