Seeking Maintenance Person for a storage and Commercial Office facility in Marianna, Fl 32448.
Live on-site. Storage experience not required.
Maintenance will ensure the integrity of the facility. Check for and repairing any issues, toilets, lights, light fixtures, had any tenant maintenance need and requests.
Salary will be discussed at interview.
Office hours Monday -Friday 9-5 answer phone and return calls. Facility is 90% full.
Maintenance is on call for Emergencies but mainly during work hours.
hours divided between couple. 40 hours a week. Live-on property 1 Bedroom Apartment provided.
