Live on-site. Storage experience not required.
Property manager:10 hours per week $15.00 per hour: maintains office, filing, renting collecting rent, oversee the integrity of the office, files, leases, rentals, ensure collection of rent, and other miscellaneous responsivities and duties. Providing excellent customer service to the tenants.
Maintenance person 25 hours per week $15.00 per hour: will ensure the integrity of the facility. Check for and repairing any issues, toilets, lights, light fixtures, had any tenant maintenance need and requests.
Facility is 90% full.
Maintenance is on call for Emergencies but mainly during work hours.
