Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Huntsville, Alabama. Working within the Business Services industry, this role involves a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. The working environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact, managing multi-line phone system to handle customer inquiries and concerns. Provide concierge services, ensuring all visitors receive a warm welcome and prompt attention. Organize files and maintain accurate customer records, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Assist in administrative duties, including data entry tasks, to support the smooth running of the office. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with customers, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and liaise with the relevant departments to resolve any issues. Maintain a high level of customer service, dealing with queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide support to other team members as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Uphold the company's standards and reputation through professional conduct and quality of service. Continually update skills and industry knowledge to provide accurate information and high-quality service to customers. Requirements Proven experience in Administrative Assistance Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Strong customer service skills Ability to handle multi-line phone system Previous experience in providing concierge services Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in data entry Ability to organize files effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced business services environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
