We are seeking a self-motivated and capable individual to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to complete tasks independently. Responsibilities:● Perform maintenance and repairs on mini storage buildings, including roll-up door spring replacement, roof leaks, metal flashing, electrical lighting, replacing ceiling vinyl, and other property-related tasks● Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs● Must be able to lift and climb. Qualifications:● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation REQUIRED● Physical capabilities for lifting and climbing● Prior maintenance experience, preferably in a similar field● Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
