Maintenance Plus hiring FULL TIME position, pay based on experience will train the right person. Our normal work day includes: Mini Storage buildings, roll up door spring replacement, roof leaks, metal flashing, electrical lighting, replacing ceiling vinyl, and most anything on property. We also perform HVAC maintenance and repairs. Must be self motivated and reliable. Capable of independent completion of work tasks after training.
