Looking to hire a new cleaning service. Must provide their own cleaning supplies and at least 3 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, 3 small bars of soap for bathrooms, a small amount of laundry detergent, kitchen dish soap, and 2 dishwasher pods. Outdoor furniture must be cleaned as well as any litter in the yard before each guest’s checkin Outdoor grill must be cleaned as well. The employee is responsible to inform the owner of any missing items from previous renters and must let the owner know whenever things such as light bulbs, towels, kitchen supplies, remote batteries, AC filters etc need to be replaced. Very competitive job as well as the pay. This is a short term rental (Airbnb format) with an average of about 4 to 5 cleanings per week. There are 2 properties both on Dauphin Island that the new hire will be required to clean. Strong resumes and having their own cleaning service for at least 5 to 10 years will be at the top of the line. I will likely not reply to anyone with under 3 years of proof of cleaning service experience. Things I will provide are as follows: 2 sets of linens to ensure fast turn arounds as well as several towels. The hours of work will be on random days between the hours of 11am and 4 pm. (Same as most hotels checkout at 11am and checkin is at 4pm)
