Eco Three is a full service insulation provider. We do batts, blown fiberglass/cellulose, and foam. We also do vapor barrier installs in crawlspaces as well. I need insulation installers and potential crew leaders immediately. Working in this industry requires a tolerance for heat and challenging environments. No experience required, but as alwaysit's a plus.
If you have some experience as a foam sprayer, please apply. Your pay will reflect your experience, but there will be a field test to confirm credentials. Pay is typically hourly plus per gallon piece rate, or you can opt for a per set rate. Experienced sprayers should be around 25-$35/hr or approximately $500 plus per set.
Fiberglass and crawlspace crew leaders are highly motivated individuals. If you have experience pushing a labor crew, please apply. Top production CL’s can average $25-28/hr on glass jobs with piece rate.
Requirements are as follows
- Baldwin County residents are preferred
- You must OWN transportation and be able to legally operate it. If you need a ride to work from someone besides your spouse, please do not apply. I will not pick you up for work or arrange a ride home.
- A clean driving record will make you eligible to use a company vehicle and receive a potential bump in pay
- Must be in excellent physical condition
We typically meet at the warehouse in Fairhope most mornings around 7 am. Most days we finish around 2-3. Weekend work is available if you like overtime.
