Full Mobile Home Renovation
We are seeking one or more contractors to fully renovate a double-wide mobile home, which is currently at the drywall stage. The renovation must ensure 100% compliance with the International Building Code (IBC).
The work required includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Framing/Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Finish Trim installation
- Flooring
- Cabinet / Counter Installation
- Painting
- Site Management / clean up
Job allocation on 3-week completion and paid by agreed performance markers
Pay provided by ACH (You must have an active checking account)
Pricing is for labor only, and the owner will provide or reimburse for actual receipted materials.
Subject Property is available for viewing and evaluation.
