experienced renovator with tools to service/fix/renovate and repair existing older mobile homes
Paid electronically (must have checking account) - by ACH / Monday of each week.
You must be self-directed, accountable, competent, know what you are doing, care about your work, and be trustworthy, honest, and capable with all the tools and skills to use. Must be competent in installing mini-splits and related electrical.; bonus.

Wood stairs/small decks/construction-repairs
Light Plumbing / electrical service
Carpentry, paneling, trim, and small fabrications
Door / Window Install/Repairs/maintenance

Vinyl skirting installation
Drywall finish capable
Painting skills
Kitchen cabinet installation/remodeling
Bathroom remodeling / service
Require professional, minimum 5 years.
